commercial / workplace (private)
a CBRE property
Project Overview
777 E Santa Fe Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90028
Located in the Arts District neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles, the Ford Motor
Company Factory building was initially built as a five-story office tower and Model T showroom (1913) and a two-story, nearly 300 ft long factory Assembly Building (1923). It was designed by John Parkinson, one of LA’s most prolific architects responsible for designing the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and iconic Los Angeles City Hall, and George Bergstrom, who later designed the Pentagon. The main building tenant (Warner Music Group) provides complimentary EV charging to all full-time employees.
A major building renovation was completed in 2019 that included 12 L2 EVSEs. In 2021, Collectron Energy was contracted to increase that total to 34 EVSEs shared across 100+ full-time WMG employees. A third expansion phase was completed Q3 2024, which brings the total number of charging stations installed to 62 EVSEs spread across three floors.
